Ressorts H&R + barre anti-roulis : témoignage

Cegars fait de l'autocross, il a une barre antiroulis, des resosrts H&R et des pneus semi-slicks.

"One of the reasons I went with the H&R's is they only lower the car slightly. I wanted the maximum amount of suspension travel still with stiffer springs. OH roads and even one of the lots I run all the time has a lot of rapid elevation changes and if you dont have travel you just ride the bumpstops which is no good for anything. I find it really amusing to see the "STS" Hondas come off the street with their car slammed and bounce all over the place trying to get around the cones! With the shocks still having a decent amount of travel it should also help them cope more with the stiffer springs.

I won CSP last year with that combo - locally - against everyone else on race rubber. The only car that gave me fits was a trailer queen CRX. This year I am running STS2 to try something different. I won that class already for the season and finish 2 secs ahead of the others in my class. I would still be leading the CSP points this year as well based on my finishes. So yes - the combo gives some phenomenal performance for the dollar!

Oh - I just saw a pic of my car the other day from the last race. Running Azenis I can still pull the inside front tire up off the ground slightly. I wasnt sure if they would have enough grip to do that!"
